A brilliantly simple idea by printmaker John Pedder.

This wonderful event takes place on Instagram several times a year. The original idea was that as a printmaker, John offered a few pieces of his work at no cost and the only commitment was that the lucky recipient made a donation to a charity of their choice. No checking, no suggested amount, it’s all done on trust and it works! Of course it wasn’t long before other artists jumped on the bandwagon and it gets bigger everytime. Just checkout the hashtag on Instagram to see who is offering what for the next posting date of 26th March 2023.

My offering is eight, small collages on A6 Khadi paper.
