A mixed media painting, with botanical mono prints. The prints are made from dried seed heads and stems found on my walks along the rivers or coastline of Suffolk, each one is unique and cannot be repeated. Using tissue paper to print allows me to add several layers without obscuring the lower ones.  I have then added handwritten words which cannot be read to create more depth with another layer of hidden meaning.

This artwork is 50 x 40cm and created using acrylic paint, ink and graphite pencil on a deep cotton canvas.

It is ready to hang but if you would like it framed please contact me for some suggestions.
